The Union for Barclays Staff
Barclays is fully supportive of membership of Unite and facilitates events, campaigns and publicity for the Union in Barclays.
Unite is Britain’s largest trade union in the finance sector, representing many thousands of employees in banks, insurers and outsourced companies.
Unite has a long history in Barclays, going back over 100 years to the first banking union in the UK. Our team of reps have strong relationships and influence with senior management.
Through early engagement with Barclays we can influence decisions and change. Barclays negotiates with Unite for pay rises and other terms and conditions, and the Bank consults with the Union on changes at work.
